We are excited to host Blandon Granger to instruct Course 239i Principles of Wind Energy, Land Rights, and Acquisition. Blandon Granger, SR/WA, is a real estate and right of way professional with more than 25 years of experience in utility real estate, land management, and infrastructure. He serves as Supervisor of Real Estate Services at SMUD and is actively involved with the International Right of Way Association (IRWA), including leadership within its Electric & Utilities Committee.
